Our Editorial Policy
How the CoxFuture Editorial Team researches, writes, reviews, sources and corrects the articles and guides published on our blog, and how we use AI tools in that process.
This policy explains how content is produced for the CoxFuture blog at coxfuture.com/blog.html. It applies to every guide, comparison and article we publish. Our goal is simple: publish accurate, useful, clearly sourced content that helps business owners make better decisions about software, search and digital growth.

1Who We Are
CoxFuture Technologies is a software and digital growth company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We publish practical articles about SEO, website development, mobile app development, custom software and SaaS so that companies can understand these subjects well enough to make informed decisions.
Our content is written for a business audience, not for search engines alone. Where a topic is genuinely complex, we would rather explain it clearly and skip a competitive keyword than publish something vague or misleading.
2Who Writes and Reviews
Blog articles are written and maintained under the CoxFuture Editorial Team byline. That byline represents the practitioners on our team who work on search, design, engineering and delivery projects for clients. Authors are named only when a specific named person has written or reviewed the piece and agreed to be credited.
Before a guide is published, it is reviewed by at least one team member with hands-on experience on the topic. Reviews check technical accuracy, whether the claims are current, and whether the advice is something we would actually follow on a client project. We do not publish credentials, awards, client counts or testimonials that we cannot substantiate.
3How We Source and Cite
When an article states a fact that a reader could check, we try to support it with a link to a primary source rather than an unsourced claim. Preferred sources include:
- Official documentation, such as Google Search Central and Google Business Profile Help;
- Standards and platform documentation, such as web.dev and Schema.org;
- Vendor documentation for the tools and platforms we recommend; and
- Published industry research, cited with the publisher and date.
We distinguish between sourced facts, our own experience, and opinion. Where we quote a statistic or a price range, we say where it comes from and when it was published. We do not invent statistics, studies, quotations, customer counts or awards, and we do not present estimates as measured fact.
4How We Use AI Tools
We may use AI-assisted tools for tasks such as outlining, drafting and proofreading. Every published page is reviewed and edited by a member of the CoxFuture Editorial Team before it goes live. AI tools are not used to fabricate data, quotes, sources, reviews or author identities, and no page is published without human review and approval.
Facts, figures and recommendations are verified by a person against the sources linked in the article. If we cannot verify something, we remove it rather than publish it.
5Accuracy and Corrections
Search, platforms and pricing change, so we review and update guides when material facts change. When an article is updated, we revise its published or updated date only if the substance of the content has actually changed; we do not change dates to make evergreen content look new.
If you believe something we published is inaccurate, out of date or missing important context, please contact us. We investigate every report, correct genuine errors, and note significant corrections on the page.
6Independence and Advertising
Our editorial content is written to help the reader, independently of our sales conversations. Where an article mentions our own services, it is clearly written as our services and is not disguised as neutral advice. We do not accept payment to publish a positive review, and we do not sell links.
7Contact the Editorial Team
